Welcome to CSA
Construction Suppliers Association (CSA) is a trade association dedicated to representing the interests of its members, independent building supply dealers, before the federal and state governments of Georgia and Alabama. In addition to being the voice of its members, CSA also provides educational and cost saving programs to businesses in the building materials industry. Some of the programs we offer include:
- Business consulting on topics such as strategic planning, safety and loss control, and theft protection
- Access to a legal hotline regarding employment questions, and if needed, recommendations to a lawyer
- Educational seminars on topics such as accounting, estimating, outdoor/inside sales, and operational management
- An annual summer management conference with access to seminars featuring great guest speakers and opportunities to network with and meet other CSA members
- Roundtable discussions in which non-competing dealers share information and ideas between each other to benefit each one’s business
- Strategic alliances with companies such as Federated Insurance and Advantage Computer Systems
Georgia members have the option to enroll in our Self-Insured Workers Compensation fund, a unique alternative for workers’ compensation insurance. CSA’s Self-Insured Workers Compensation fund is owned entirely by its members and in the past ten years has returned over $7,000,000 to members in the form of dividends.
CSA is committed to building strong independent dealers. Our tradition of educating suppliers, working for sound industry legislation and improving the building supply economy have driven the activity of the association since 1936 and continues today.
