Organization Overview
We are a Georgia law firm practicing solely in construction law. When Georgia updated it's lien laws in 2020, our founding partner was one of three lawyers in the state chosen to serve on the lien drafting committee. Our construction practice began with representing suppliers, and materialmen are still at the core of our business. We regularly assisting with payment issues including liens and payment bond claims (state and Federal) as well as contracting issues, supply-chain issues, mediation and construction arbitration. All of our clients are construction professionals and we speak and publish regularly on relevant topics for the industry.
