CSA Safety On Demand, powered by Safety National, gives CSA members access to convenient, relevant, on-demand safety training and resources designed to educate employees and build a stronger safety culture. This valuable resource is included as part of your CSA membership at no additional cost.

With a wide variety of courses available, companies can assign training and track completion through an account managed by their designated Administrator. Victor Shell, Director of Safety and Transportation, has curated course modules specific to the LBM Industry. From new employee onboarding and refresher training to compliance requirements and everyday safety education, CSA Safety On Demand makes managing employee training simple and accessible.

What CSA Members Receive

Through CSA Safety On Demand, CSA member companies can:

• Assign safety training courses to employees
• Track assigned courses, completion status, and employee training progress
• Manage training through a company-level administrator
• Access a wide range of online safety training and resources
• Strengthen workplace safety programs through convenient, on-demand training
• Provide training at no additional cost as part of your CSA membership

Getting Started

To get started, each participating company will designate an Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for its CSA Safety On Demand account. The Administrator may be a manager, HR representative, safety leader, owner, or another team member selected by the company. The Administrator will manage the company’s account, add employees, assign courses, track course completion, and oversee the company’s use of the platform.

Once the Administrator is determined, contact Matt Rickles to request company access at mattrickles@gocsa.com.

Matt will assist with setting up the company’s account and schedule an onboarding session with the designated Administrator. During onboarding, the Administrator will learn how to access the system, add users, assign courses, and monitor employee progress.

After Onboarding

After onboarding is complete, your company will be ready to begin using the system.

Your Administrator can assign courses, monitor training progress, and manage employee access as needed. If questions arise or additional support is needed, Matt will remain available to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and general platform questions.
