Comprised of engineered wood products, like cross-laminated timber (CLT), Mass Timber is redefining architectural possibilities for multi-family and commercial projects that traditionally relied on steel and concrete. The mass timber industry is expected grow rapidly, reaching nearly $5B by 2031, driven by the increasing demand for sustainable construction materials, technological advances, and economic factors. The Auburn Mass Timber Collaborative is at the center of groundbreaking research to unlock the full potential of mass timber.
