Launching Fall 2026 The CSA Operations Roundtable is a new peer group created exclusively for operations leaders in the lumber and building materials industry. Designed for Operations Managers, Yard Managers, Delivery Managers, Branch Managers, General Managers, and Company Owners, this interactive forum provides a place to discuss real-world operational challenges, exchange best practices, and learn from fellow professionals facing many of the same issues. Conversations will focus on topics such as yard and delivery operations, inventory control, staffing, fleet management, safety, technology, customer service, and improving overall operational efficiency. Rather than a presentation, this is a collaborative discussion where participants can ask questions, share experiences, and leave with practical ideas they can put to work immediately.
