CSA EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for registering for an event with CSA!
Please read the following Event Cancellation Policy applying to each of our different event categories.

Cancellations received 7 days prior to the Webinar date will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations received within the week of the Webinar date will not be provided. Recording of the webinar will be provided afterward.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the Education Class start date will be issued a refund minus a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the Education Class start date will not be provided, replacement registrants are welcome.
Cancellations to a pre-registered Roundtable Meeting will be accommodated as much as possible. Adjustments will be made to all registration pieces - meal counts, meeting counts, activity counts, etc.
If hotel attrition is charged to CSA based on the contracted room block, which was based on the original group registration count, the canceling roundtable member may be invoiced an attrition fee (room accommodation and possible catered meal function).
If activities are booked based on pre-registration and cancellation by a member occurs, we will try our best to accommodate but if the vendor does not allow guest count changes after booking, the canceling roundtable member may be charged.
2023 CONFERENCE & TRADESHOW
Cancellations received prior to August 31, 2023 will be issued a refund minus a $100 admin fee.
Cancellations received after August 31, 2023 will not be provided - replacement registrants are welcome.
CSA CANCELED EVENT
If CSA cancels an event, the registrants will be issued a full refund.
Registrants will be responsible for canceling all travel and room reservations related to canceled events.
CSA will not provide reimbursement for any travel for canceled events.
