CSA Annual Conference Cancelled Among Growing COVID Concern


Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Annual Conference & Trade Expo this year. 

The CSA Board of Director's consensus was with the rise of COVID cases in the southeast, it would be wise to cancel this year’s face-to-face meeting. CSA will of course be refunding any registration fees and sponsorship monies already received.

CSA has also been in contact with the host hotel, The Lodge at Gulf State Park, and has asked the property to honor the group rate for anyone wishing to still stay during the time frame of September 27 – October 3. We will confirm this shortly. For those that were adding additional days to spend with family, this might be an option to continue with their individual travel plans. For those needing to cancel their rooms, we will ensure that you are not charged and receive refunds for deposits you may have paid.

As an association, we recognize the value of in-person meetings and the networking that occurs there; however, our foremost concern is for the wellbeing of our members both from a health standpoint and the economic standpoint of staffing issues.
