Dealer Roundtables
CSA hosts roundtable discussions several times a year. These discussions are comprised of non-competing dealers with similar volumes of sales and operations (i.e. retail sales and contractor sales) who confidentially share best business practices. CSA invites nationwide participation in roundtables to accommodate some of the larger, multi-yard dealers in Georgia. This variety in dealers is essential for all roundtable participants to get a fair look at the industry.
Roundtables detailing financial practices are usually held in the spring months, while roundtables in the fall address topics chosen by the roundtable members. Roundtables are a three-day event, beginning with a cocktail hour and dinner on Day 1, meetings on Day 2, and morning meetings convening at lunchtime on Day 3. Financial (spring) roundtable sessions also include a tour of the host company’s yard.
Currently, CSA has four roundtable discs and a truss roundtable. We are always looking to create new roundtables and accept inquiries into roundtable membership at any time of the year. Please contact Jim at jimmoody@gocsa.com with your roundtable interests and suggestions.
