Workers Compensation Insurance Since 1982, CSA has provided Georgia members with an option for competitive, stable and successful workers’ compensation insurance. CSA’s Self-Insured Fund is unique in the sense that it is owned entirely by its members. All assets belong to the fund membership, and excess premium and interest is returned to fund members. The Self-Insured Fund has returned over $7,000,000 in dividends since its incorporation. CSA’s Self-Insured Fund offers:
